How can we counteract the aging process of our skin / slow?

In order to protect our skin from harmful external factors, it is important to use the correct products that are suitable for our skin. The older we are the more important the care of our skin.

Protect from the sun

First of all, it is important to protect the skin against the sun. Never go out without a cream with a sun protection factor. The skin must also constantly be well hydrated with a moisturizer, especially after the summer. This is to prevent wrinkles or fading.
