This dish is quick and easy to make. Caviar sauce gets ready in time to cook the pasta cooked. And delicious it is!
Ingredients for 4 people
350 grams of pasta (we used ‘penne’, a short type of pasta, but you can also choose spaghetti or any other type of pasta)
60 grams (fake) caviar
40 grams of fresh and creamy butter of good quality
120 ml of fresh cream
½ Glass of brandy
Lemon juice and a little grated lemon rind
Freshly ground pepper
Make the caviar sauce for the pasta always ready at the last minute (and not in the afternoon before your guests arrive).
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, melt the butter over low heat in a large skillet. Add the cream, salt, pepper, lemon zest and brandy and mix together well. Finally, you add the caviar there. Stir together well.
Drain the pasta and put it in caviar sauce in the skillet. Toss well and let the pasta briefly come to taste. Drizzle still some lemons juice and serve the pasta.
